TMS Launch New Customer Support Portal

The most important thing to TMS is our Customers. Now, we’re making it even easier for you to contact, communicate and collaborate with us by introducing our new Customer Support Portal.

This has been designed and developed by our own software development team, specifically to improve our customer service and help solve problems faster with less disruption to your business.

The new Portal gives you the ability to create tickets, view status updates and see solutions for any tickets you’ve raised. You can add screenshots or attach any files right from the comfort of your browser, on any device.

If you have a support contract with us for Sage, Elite, IT, SOLIDWORKS or Autodesk, please follow the below link to view the new portal and register for full access:

To make it easy to get started, we’ve added some short video tutorials to the portal home screen which will guide you through registering, creating new tickets and managing exiting tickets.
