We value any and all feedback that you give our support team as it helps us to continually improve and adapt our service - without feedback we don't know where to focus our efforts. We appreciate however that taking time to fill in a feedback form is a hassle you don't have time for, so to incentivise we've been placing each completed feedback form on a support ticket into a quarterly prize draw.
Last month our first ever winner was chosen - Ruth from Halspan Ltd being the winner of a bottle of Champagne (with the winning "ticket" being SR #92849, resolved by the head of our Sage support team Gail Patterson - and receiving a 5 star rating from Ruth).
