TMS Support Services are provided under the ITCare Support brand, this offers two different levels of cover TMS ITCare Remote, and TMS ITCare ProActive. An On-Site IT Support Option is available along with either of our Remote or ProActive ITCare services.
On-Site Response means a TMS engineer will visit the customer site if it has been impossible to diagnose or resolve the reported issue using our Remote or ProActive Service Cover.
We will attempt to return the system (Server, PC, Laptop, Router, Firewall) to a working state and will advise if any hardware or software needs to be repaired or replaced in order to resolve the issue. We will provide a written quotation outlining the costs of any replacement hardware/software required. If the customer has experienced a virus and the machine has been restored to factory default,
TMS will re-install all applications supported by TMS, including Microsoft Office and will configure and set up email and internet access. Any other software applications to be re-installed would be charged at our ITCare Professional Services rates. .
