MySolidWorks.com is a new service SOLIDWORKS is providing to help you get answers, be current, learn more, and share & showcase all things SOLIDWORKS. Here's just a few of the highlights:
Buzz: Allows you to view, sort and browse all the latest news, content and discussions on My.SolidWorks.com. This can include YouTube, Twitter, SOLIDWORKS Forums, SPRs, and much more!
Training: On MySolidWorks you can supplement you’re in-person classroom training with online lessons. Depending on your level of MySolidWorks (more on that later) you can have anywhere from 10-100+ hours of extra training. This can include Certification prep-courses.
Drive: You can use your existing cloud storage accounts to share and collaborate designs.
Manufacturing Network: Will allow you to find and network with Designers and Manufactures in a wide range of industries. You can register your own company to promote and grow your business.
Support: This section will help integrate your customer portal account with online help documents, product downloads, and system requirements.
My VAR: You can stay connected with all things TMS from this one location. You will have access to our contact information for Tech Support as well as blogs, webinars and other posts.
Register: Browse to My.SolidWorks.com and click “Join” at the top right corner.
You will be prompted for your email address. **Make sure you use your company email address that is linked to your SOLIDWORKS customer portal account. If you are in any doubt contact TMS and we will advise on the correct address.
Account Level: There are 3 different account levels. You will need to decide which level you would like to be at. If you supplied a valid serial number that is on subscription, you will be registered for Standard Level otherwise it will default to a generic level account. Professional Level is where you will get the most out of your My.SolidWorks.com account.
